Ingredients
¾ cup water
1 packet HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal
1 banana, cut into slices
1 tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup (look for syrup that is 35 calories or less per ¼ cup.)
Preparation
1. Empty contents of cereal packet into a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add ¾ cup water (not hot) and stir.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds; stir.
4. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes.
5. Gently fold in banana.
6. Add maple syrup before serving. Serve immediately.
